When you create an account on Portalo, we collect your name, email address, and workspace details. We also collect information you provide when using our services, such as client details, project information, invoice data, and uploaded files.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process your transactions and manage your account
  • Send you service-related communications
  • Protect against fraud and unauthorized access
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Supabase and Vercel. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and implement access controls to protect your information. Files you upload are stored in secure cloud storage.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform (hosting, analytics), but only as necessary to provide our services. Your client data is visible only within your workspace.

5. Client Portal Data

When your clients access their portal via magic link, we collect minimal information necessary to display their project and invoice data. Client portal access does not require account creation.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your data
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Opt out of non-essential communications

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
