Is Portalo free to use?
Yes! Portalo offers a free plan with up to 2 active clients, basic invoicing with GST, and 500 MB storage. You can upgrade to Pro (₹999/mo) or Business (₹2,499/mo) for unlimited clients, contracts, time tracking, and more.
Does Portalo support GST invoicing?
Absolutely. Portalo supports GST-compliant invoices with configurable tax rates (5%, 12%, 18%, 28%), HSN/SAC codes, GSTIN on invoices, and automatic subtotal/tax/total calculations. Your business details and GSTIN appear on every invoice.
How do clients pay invoices?
Clients can pay invoices directly through the client portal using Razorpay. We support credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Payment status updates automatically in your dashboard.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Yes! On the Pro and Business plans, you can set your own brand colors, logo, and portal title. Business plan users can also connect a custom domain (e.g., portal.yourbusiness.com) so clients never see the Portalo brand.
Do clients need to create an account?
No. Clients access their portal via a secure magic link — no passwords, no sign-up. They can view invoices, sign contracts, download files, and send messages instantly.
What AI features does Portalo offer?

Is my data secure?
Yes. Portalo is built on Supabase with row-level security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each workspace is completely isolated — your data is never shared with other users.
