1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Portalo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Portalo is a client portal platform designed for freelancers and agencies. The Service provides tools for managing clients, projects, invoices, file sharing, and client communication through branded portals.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Subscription & Billing

Portalo offers Free, Pro, and Business plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for annual plans within 30 days of purchase.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content and data you upload to Portalo. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Client Portal Access

You are responsible for managing access to client portals created through your workspace. Magic link tokens can be regenerated at any time to revoke prior access. Portalo is not responsible for data shared with clients through their portal.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
